Jobs and housing
Job posts are for employers; housing posts are for landlords and property managers. Requirements, costs and screening conditions need to be stated clearly. No listing implies HAB endorsement or guaranteed eligibility.
Posts are public without prior review
Community posts and “What I wish…” entries appear immediately; HAB does not review them before publication. Members can report concerns. Do not treat a post as verified advice or share private information.
