Practice addressing an ordinary neighborhood issue without treating a record as evidence of a new event.

- Use the same appropriate process you would use for a similar concern involving another neighbor.
- Avoid spreading unverified claims or organizing a confrontation.
- For immediate danger, use an appropriate emergency response rather than trying to investigate yourself.
